Typically, I expect half payment upfront, and full payment before the final product is released. If needed, payment plans can be discussed where payments are broken into smaller increments, but I will not start the next stage of the commission before payment.

Sketches and low res screenshots will be provided throughout the process, and updates can be provided when requested (just please don't be annoying about it lol :] )

If you would prefer cell shading or soft shading feel free to let me know! If not specified I will probably default to soft shading unless I distinctly think your request will look better in cell shading.

Please understand that I have a full time job so you cannot always expect a super quick turnaround! Between work and and real life responsibilities, I have very few free hours in the day. Especially for Live2D models, you should expect it may take me 2-3 months at least. (this is not even factoring other people that might be in my queue!) Unfortunately I just can't dedicate as much time as I would like to art and rigging. I have purposefully set my prices at somewhat of a "discounted" price because you are also going to be "paying" in time.

That being said, PLEASE don't complain about my prices being too high! If your particular request is simpler, we can possibly negotiate a discounted price, but don't get on my case about not being able to afford my work. Remember art is a luxury, not a need.

If I have fully completed your commission, you may not request a refund. I still did the work and deserve compensation for it, even if you're not satisfied with the final results. If I have not started working on your piece yet, refunds can be requested. If the piece is cancelled during the sketching or lining phase, a partial refund may be provided.

Edits during the sketching process are free. After lining and coloring, depending on the extent of the requested edits I may request an extra charge.

Vtuber children can always return for add-ons, extra outfits, design updates etc. for an additional charge. Charge will be determined based on the extent of the extra content. All models will be drawn with a "base body" so only the effort of drawing/rigging the extra components will be charged.

I am willing to design characters, but that will incur an additional charge and PLEASE have tons of visual references. The more the better!

My work cannot be resold.

My work cannot be used for NFTs or any other form of cryptocurrency.

My work may NOT be used to feed to an AI database.

Payment will be through Paypal Invoice.

I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason. The reason may be asked for, but may not always be provided.

My work cannot be used for commercial purposes. You can put my work on your social media profile, on promo images, and on your streams (with credit), but you cannot produce merch with my work on it.

If a model commission is needed by a specific date, please provide AT LEAST 3-4 months advance notice. I will typically complete before then, but more time is always better.

I reserve the right to post your commission on my social media or use it as a portfolio piece. If you want the piece to be hidden before you reveal it (for a vtuber debut for example), that is fine, but afterwards I may publish it on my portfolio.

Finished pieces can be posted on other websites by the commissioner as long as credit is provided.
